The Cumberland

PROJECT BACKGROUND

The Cumberland is a joint development between Vaesk Property Development and the development arm of Vitruvius Collective. It caters to the top property market segment in the Johannesburg and Sandton markets.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project was conceived as 34 luxury units in a single complex surrounding a park. Each unit has a lift and are arranged that they have access from the basement (parking level), the podium (park and entrance level) right up to the roof (private garden space).
The concept hinged on providing a complex that provided every luxury including private swimming pools and jacuzzis to units, as well as communal facilities like Meeting rooms and Concierge services.
Construction is expected to commence in 2020.
